About The Role

To drive in‑year revenue growth for Consumer Issuing, WPS, and Multi‑Currency Card solutions by originating, progressing, and closing sales opportunities across priority client segments.

This role is a senior individual contributor, accountable for building and converting a high‑quality pipeline, closing deals, and activating clients to deliver issued card volumes and revenue within the year.

ales Execution & Revenue Delivery

  • Own and deliver assigned in‑year sales targets across consumer issuing, WPS, and multi‑currency card solutions.
  • Drive consistent pipeline creation and progression, measured by:
  • + # of Companies in Pipeline
  • + Total # of Prospective Cards across active opportunities
  • Proactively originate opportunities through direct client outreach and partner engagement, measured by:
  • + # of Client and Partner Meetings conducted
  • Lead end‑to‑end deal execution, including qualification, solution structuring, pricing alignment, proposal development, commercial negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Accountable for conversion performance, measured by:
  • + # of Proposals Sent
  • + # of Signed Clients
  • Ensure closed deals translate into realized volumes and revenue, measured by:
  • + # of Issued Cards post‑onboarding and activation
  • Maintain a sharp focus on short‑to‑medium‑term deal closure to support in‑year revenue commitments.

Pipeline Management & Forecasting

  • Maintain strong pipeline hygiene, accuracy, and prioritization to maximize conversion speed.
  • Provide regular pipeline and forecast updates, highlighting risks, dependencies, and mitigation actions.
  • Actively manage deal momentum, removing blockers through coordination with internal stakeholders.

Product & Solution Selling

  • Act as a solutions‑oriented seller across Direct Issuing, WPS, multi‑currency cards, digital wallets, FX, and value‑added services.
  • Identify and execute cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities within active leads and signed clients.
  • Partner closely with Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, Risk, and Legal teams to ensure commercially viable, compliant, and executable deals.

Market & Client Engagement

  • Build and manage senior relationships with banks, fintechs, employers, and ecosystem partners.
  • Represent the organization in client meetings and commercial discussions, clearly articulating the value proposition.
  • Gather market and client insights to inform refinement of propositions and sales focus areas.

Governance & Delivery Discipline

  • Ensure all opportunities comply with regulatory, scheme, AML, and internal governance requirements.
  • Support smooth onboarding and launch readiness to accelerate time‑to‑value and issuance post‑signing.
  • Act as a point of coordination for deal‑specific client issues through early lifecycle stages.

Performance Will Be Assessed On

  • Pipeline depth and quality
  • Speed of opportunity progression
  • Deals closed within the year
  • Issued card volumes and revenue realization

Qualifications

  • 5–8+ years’ experience in payments, cards, issuing, fintech, or adjacent B2B sales environments.
  • Proven track record as an individual contributor consistently closing complex deals.
  • Strong understanding of consumer issuing, WPS, card economics, FX, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Highly execution‑driven, commercially sharp, and comfortable operating in fast‑moving sales cycles.
  • Middle East market experience strongly preferred.
