Role purpose

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and performance of Maximo and related applications; lead implementation, customization, upgrades, integrations, and enhancements.
• Improve facilities workflows, automation, mobile access, usability, adoption, and integration with ERP, Finance, HR, CRM, and other systems.
• Identify digital transformation opportunities and maintain data integrity, compliance, and security.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports on asset performance, maintenance, cost management, and compliance.
• Train and support users; maintain user guides, process flows, knowledge bases, and documentation.
• Lead projects within scope, timeline, and budget; manage vendors, service-level agreements, and contracts.
• Gather business requirements, liaise between facilities and IT, and align solutions with strategic objectives and sustainability goals.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of CAFM system management experience, with hands-on IBM Maximo expertise.
• Experience managing enterprise applications such as ERP, HR, or CRM and their integrations.
• Track record implementing and optimizing Maximo asset management, work order, and preventive maintenance modules.

Technical and behavioural competencies

• Strong understanding of facilities management and asset lifecycle management; expertise in digital automation strategies.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and enterprise integration methods; advanced Maximo administration and troubleshooting.
• Problem-solving, analytical, decision-making, communication, interpersonal, cross-functional, and vendor collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on efficiency and process optimization.
