Role Summary
Lead and scale a Business Analyst team in Bangalore supporting data-driven decisions across Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Supply Chain.

Job Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and inspire analysts, and support their professional development.
- Create a collaborative, results-driven environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
- Conduct performance reviews, set goals, and implement professional development plans.
- Partner with business units to identify analytics needs and define data-driven strategies for complex challenges.
- Mine large datasets, identify patterns, and generate actionable insights for strategic decisions.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Improve and standardize data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
- Implement data management practices that protect data integrity and accuracy.
- Identify technology and automation opportunities to streamline analytics processes.
- Partner with departments on data integration and collaboration, and work with IT to ensure data availability.
- Stay current on data analytics and business intelligence trends and best practices.
- Evaluate and recommend analytical tools and technologies to improve team efficiency and effectiveness.
Role Requirements and Expectations
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a related discipline.
- At least 10 years of experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a data analytics leadership role.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis, data visualization, and statistical modeling.
- Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Python.
- Ability to transform complex datasets into real-time dashboards and actionable insights for stakeholders and business leaders.
- Ability to apply analytical rigor to complex business issues and supply chain processes.
- Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, presentation, and cross-functional relationship-building skills.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders and senior leaders.
- Ability to deliver in-depth analysis for purchasing, sales, inventory planning, and product-level performance.
- Experience using BI tools such as Power BI, Qlik, or Sisense is desirable.
- Knowledge of APIs and bots is desirable.
