Overview
We are looking for an experienced and strategic **Manager** to lead and oversee our operations in Saudi Arabia.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple departments including **Sales, Community, Creative, and Design**, while driving business growth and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Sales, Community, Creative & Design teams
- Develop and execute marketing and business strategies
- Oversee influencer marketing campaigns and client relationships
- Monitor performance, KPIs, and revenue growth
- Build and scale the team in Saudi Arabia
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Collaborate with leadership to expand the business in KSA
Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years experience in Marketing / Advertising industry
- Strong understanding of **Social Media & Influencer Marketing**
- Experience in managing teams (Sales, Creative, Operations)
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of the Saudi market is a big plus
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
