Role overview
Drive strategy and growth planning for Masafi’s 5 Gallon water business.
Typical workday
- Assess the 5 Gallon market, customer segments, competition, pricing and growth opportunities.
- Develop business growth strategy, financial business cases and investment plans.
- Identify opportunities across pricing, subscriptions, partnerships, customer acquisition and routes to market.
- Translate strategy into measurable annual and quarterly growth plans.
- Work with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations and Customer Service to execute initiatives.
- Track acquisition, penetration, retention, revenue and profitability using performance dashboards.
- Recommend actions based on market trends, customer insights and business performance.
What makes you stand out
- Direct experience in the 5 Gallon water business is essential.
- 5–8 years’ experience in business planning, commercial strategy, category management, marketing or business development.
- Strong experience in market sizing, financial modelling and business case development.
- UAE/GCC market experience is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field.
