The full-time Business Development Executive – Food Service / HoReCa role drives growth across food service channels.
Focus areas include customer acquisition and development, volume and revenue growth, ASP improvement, customer retention, and market expansion.
Typical work
- Develop opportunities across Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, Catering Companies, Contract Caterers, Government Institutions, Schools, Hospitals, and other food service customers.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify customers, projects, tenders, and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a pipeline and structured database of prospects, opportunities, and customer information.
- Replace competitor brands, increase market penetration, and develop new channels, territories, and customer segments.
- Grow volume and revenue, improve ASP, retain customers, and maintain commercial discipline and customer service.
What makes you stand out
- Minimum 3–5 years of FMCG sales experience; HORECA experience is an added advantage.
- Ability to identify and develop new sales opportunities.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills, including effective sales pitches and customer objection handling.
- Demonstrated ability to close sales, secure orders, and achieve ambitious sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
