Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured rotation program across various departments, including but not limited to, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Human Resources, and Project Management.
• Support senior management in the development and execution of strategic initiatives and business plans.
• Conduct market research, analyze data, and prepare reports to inform decision-making.
• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and optimize operational efficiency.
• Develop and present findings, recommendations, and project updates to internal stakeholders.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development activities, including workshops, seminars, and mentorship programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental and company objectives.

Job Qualifications**

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong academic record with a demonstrable aptitude for leadership and problem-solving.
• Excellent analytical, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and diverse team environment.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn new concepts and technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Japanese or other languages relevant to Hitachi's global operations is a plus.
• Willingness to relocate and travel as required by program rotations and business needs.
