Job Overview
:
We are looking for a passionate and motivated F&B Management Trainee who is eager to build a career in the hospitality industry.
This 6-month training program is designed to provide hands-on experience across various Food & Beverage operations, helping candidates develop practical skills and industry knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- :
- Assist in daily F&B operations across outlets
- Support supervisors and managers in service delivery
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Learn operational procedures, service standards, and team coordination
- Participate in training sessions and on-the-job learning activities
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards at all times
Candidate Requirements
- :
- Currently enrolled in a Hotel Management program or recently completed the course
- Strong interest in building a career in hospitality
- Willingness to work in Dubai and Abu Dhabi (flexible location)
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Compensation & Benefits
- :
- Salary: AED 2,000 per month
- Single room accommodation provided
- Duty meals

- Air ticket as per company policy
Working Schedule
- :
- 6 days per week
- 1 day off
