Role Overview

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Management Specialist to work on a contract basis.

This role involves analyzing operational processes and implementing efficiency improvements across distributed teams.

The position requires expertise in cross-functional coordination and performance tracking for project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate current management frameworks and identify gaps in process execution.
  • Develop and document standardized operating procedures for remote teams.
  • Monitor KPIs and generate reports to assess team productivity trends.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align management practices with strategic goals.
  • Recommend technology solutions to automate workflows and reduce manual oversight.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in operations management or business process optimization is required.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or similar is necessary.
  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira) is expected.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-team documentation and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
