Role Overview

The Strategic Project Lead, Finance will oversee high-impact financial initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and operational execution.

This role requires translating financial data into actionable insights to drive decision-making across the organization.

Candidates will manage cross-functional projects with a focus on financial planning, analysis, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic finance projects from initiation to completion, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align financial strategies with long-term business goals.
  • Develop and implement financial models to evaluate project feasibility and ROI.
  • Oversee financial reporting and compliance, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate with finance teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial project management.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, or other relevant accounting standards.
