About This Role

Title: Management Consultant

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Contract: 12 months (with potential extension)

Overview

We are partnering with a leading consulting firm supporting large-scale transformation initiatives across public and private sector entities in the UAE . We are seeking a Management Consultant to contribute to high-impact engagements spanning strategy, operations, and organizational transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the design and execution of transformation initiatives across strategy, operations, and governance areas
  • Contribute to the development of operating models, frameworks, and process improvements
  • Assist in analyzing business performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting implementation efforts
  • Develop high-quality deliverables, including presentations, reports, and documentation for senior stakeholders
  • Support PMO activities, including tracking progress, reporting, and coordinating across workstreams
  • Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment across initiatives

Requirements

  • 3–8 years of experience in management consulting or relevant industry roles
  • Exposure to one or more of the following areas:
  • Business transformation
  • Operating model / TOM design
  • Process improvement / BPR
  • Governance, policies, or SOP development
  • Financial planning, budgeting, or performance management
  • Experience working on complex projects, ideally within consulting or large organizations
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Ability to develop clear, structured presentations and documentation

Additional Preferences

  • Prior experience with government or semi-government entities
  • Exposure to large-scale transformation or PMO-driven programs
  • Familiarity with tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, or similar
  • Experience in the Middle East region is a plus
