Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Mall Management Executive to oversee our community mall operations and manage the leasing portfolio across our commercial properties.
This role blends operational excellence with strategic leasing to drive occupancy, revenue, and tenant satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- *Mall Operations and Facilities Management*
- Oversee daily mall operations across security, cleaning, maintenance, and facilities management.
- Develop and enforce operational policies in line with RERA and Dubai Municipality regulations.
- Plan and deliver mall events, promotions, and marketing activities that improve the customer experience.
- *Tenant Management and Relations*
- Build and maintain strong relationships with mall tenants and commercial occupants.
- Monitor tenant performance and lease compliance and optimise the tenant mix to grow revenue.
- Manage tenant onboarding, resolve disputes, and oversee lease renewals and rent collection.
- *Commercial Property Leasing*
- Generate leads and promote properties
- Conduct viewings, negotiate lease agreements, and manage the full leasing cycle.
- Prepare marketing materials and optimise listings to meet occupancy targets.
- *Financial Management*
- Prepare budgets and financial reports, and analyse performance metrics with clear, data-driven insights.
- Monitor revenue streams including rent, common area charges, and promotional fees.
- Maintain cost-effective operations without compromising service quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in mall management, commercial leasing, or property management, preferably in the UAE.
- Working knowledge of RERA and Dubai Municipality regulations.
- Strong negotiation, tenant relations, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with property listing platforms and the Dubai commercial market.
- Sound financial acumen across budgeting, reporting, and performance analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
- RERA broker certification is an advantage.
- Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
- Ability to commute/relocate:
- Jebel Ali: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience
- Property Management: 4 years (Preferred)
