Overview

We are a growing Business Consulting Company specializing in Business Setup, Travel & Tourism, Recruitment Services, Real Estate, and a wide range of corporate solutions.

As part of our expansion plans, we are seeking a proactive, dynamic, and results-driven **Sales Executive** to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the company's growth through effective sales and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • This is a highly sales-oriented role focused on driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Promote and market the company's services to prospective clients.
  • Proactively Identify and generate new leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, social media outreach, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Understand client needs, address concerns, negotiate pricing and service terms, and successfully close sales to meet monthly and annual targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, secure repeat business, and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Create engaging advertisements, marketing materials, banners, and social media content to promote company services.
  • Manage and regularly update company social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
  • Provide professional customer support by responding to inquiries and maintaining excellent client relationships.
  • Coordinate travel and tourism-related services and client requirements when needed.
  • Handle inquiries and coordination related to Real Estate services, including property leasing and sales.
  • Assist clients with Business Setup Services, including company formation, licensing, and PRO services.
  • Support day-to-day business operations, coordination activities, and promotional campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Must hold a valid Freelance Visa.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator is mandatory.
  • Experience in creating social media content and managing digital platforms.
  • Experience in Travel & Tourism coordination is preferred.
  • Background in Real Estate and Business Setup services will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills with a professional and positive attitude.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of working independently.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in handling administrative and coordination responsibilities.
