Job Description
This recruitment is being conducted on behalf of our client in the Construction & Contracting industry.
We are seeking hardworking, reliable, and dedicated Construction Workers to join the team.
The ideal candidates should be physically fit, responsible, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced construction environment.
The role involves supporting daily construction activities, handling materials, maintaining site safety, and assisting supervisors and skilled workers as required.
Work locations will be in Dubai and Sharjah.
Candidates must be willing to work at either site based on project requirements.
Responsibilities
- Must be currently residing in the UAE with a valid Tourist Visa or Residence Visa.
- Assist with daily construction site activities and operations.
- Load, unload, transport, and organize construction materials.
- Support supervisors, technicians, and skilled workers with assigned tasks.
- Perform general labor duties as required on-site.
- Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety standards at the worksite.
- Follow all company policies, site regulations, and health & safety procedures.
- Operate basic tools and equipment when required and under proper supervision.
- Assist in preparing work areas and handling site materials efficiently.
- Report any safety concerns, hazards, or incidents to supervisors promptly.
Requirements
- Previous experience in construction or general labor work is preferred.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor in a construction environment.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and professional behavior.
- Basic communication skills in English or Hindi/Urdu are an advantage.
- Willingness to work outdoors and adapt to site requirements.
- Must be reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
