Overview
Job Title: Office Administrator (With Valid Driving License)
**Location:** To be assigned in Sharjah Office
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator with a valid UAE driving license to manage daily administrative operations and support office activities efficiently.
The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, capable of handling multiple tasks, and willing to assist with both office and outdoor duties when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office administrative tasks and ensure smooth operations
- Handle document filing, data entry, and record maintenance
- Coordinate with internal departments and external clients
- Assist in HR and administrative support functions (leave records, attendance, etc.)
- Prepare reports, letters, and official documents
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
- Support procurement and office supply management
- Perform outdoor duties such as document submission, bank transactions, and government-related tasks
- Drive company vehicle when required for official purposes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Familiarity with UAE government procedures is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of HR/Admin processes preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in PRO or administrative coordination roles
- Pay: Up to AED3,500.00 per month
- Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
