Maintenance Technician I - 3rd Shift

Essential Functions

Qualifications

• (Education, Experience, Competencies)
• 2-year degree in electronics/maintenance mechanics or 3+ years in maintenance mechanic role
• Experience with repair or preventive maintenance in hydraulics, pneumatics, machine shop, electricity, or electronics
• Working knowledge of CMMS
• Working knowledge of lockout/tagout programs
• Working knowledge of boiler operations
• Experience with ammonia, freon, or other cooling media
• Ability to stick or tig weld small repairs
• Intermediate computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office
• Ability to work with basic mathematical concepts to identify solutions
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team to complete assigned tasks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• The hourly range for this role is $30.00 to $37.00 per hour (plus $2.00 shift differential). Pay is based upon several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. Rise Baking Company complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
