Maintenance Technician
About This Role
- Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs of F&B equipment and other general maintenance including electrical, plumbing and minor mechanical work.
- Identify faults and troubleshoot equipment issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct preventive maintenance checks to minimize breakdowns.
- Assist in installation and setup of new equipment when required.
- Ensure tools and equipment are used and stored safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas.
- Coordinate with supervisors for major repairs or external vendor support.
- Respond to ad hoc maintenance requests across the facility.
