We are looking for someone %3Cstrong%3Ewith a minimum of three (3) years journeyman level experience in multiple skilled trades (such as carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.) preferably in healthcare/hospital environments, proven leadership and mentorship experience, a comprehensive background in commercial carpentry, and a deep commitment to maintaining institutional safety standards%3C/strong%3E.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAs %3Cstrong%3EMaintenance Foreman of Carpentry Shop,%3C/strong%3E you will supervise a team of carpenters, manage work orders, and oversee the repair, maintenance, and structural modifications including drywall finishing of facility interiors.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWorks under general supervision to supervise work crew responsible for maintaining buildings and grounds for UT Southwestern Medical Center.
