Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive **Maintenance Coordinator** to join our growing technical services team in Dubai.
This role is the central hub of our operations, acting as the primary link between our clients, field technicians, and management.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the facility management or technical services industry and possess the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- **Operational Scheduling:** Develop and maintain daily work schedules for field technicians to ensure timely service delivery and optimal route planning.
- **Client Coordination:** Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries, understanding their technical requirements, and providing prompt updates on service status.
- **Technician Support:** Dispatch and coordinate with field technicians throughout the day to troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and ensure they have necessary job details.
- **Quotation Management:** Prepare accurate and professional service quotations based on technician assessments and company pricing structures.
- **Administrative Oversight:** Manage daily work reports, maintain client databases, and ensure all administrative tasks align with company standards.
- **Language Skills:**
- **English:** Full professional proficiency (written and verbal) is required for client correspondence and professional documentation.
- **Hindi:** Strong spoken command is mandatory to ensure clear and effective coordination with field technicians and site personnel.
Requirements & Qualifications
- **Experience:** Minimum of **2 years** of experience specifically in an Office Coordinator or Operations Coordinator role.
- **Industry Knowledge:** Mandatory experience working within **Facility Management (FM)** or a **Technical Services** company.
- **Communication:** Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; ability to handle client requirements with professionalism.
- **Software Expertise:** Proven experience using **QuickBooks (Online/Desktop)** or **Zoho (Books/Inventory/CRM)** for daily business operations.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel) and experience with scheduling software or CRM systems.
- **Logistics:** Strong understanding of Dubai’s geography to effectively manage technician schedules.
- **Attributes:** Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
