Your meticulous attention to detail will see you through tasks ranging from setting up rails and print sections to inspecting and maintaining equipment health. Expect to engage in:

Accurate setup of Flexo operations and inspection of dies pre- and post-run.

Quality checks to ensure perfect boxes, minimizing defects.

Maximizing equipment efficiency and cross-training to enhance operational flexibility.

Collaborative problem-solving and proactive maintenance.

Maintaining detailed reports for production, safety, and quality.

Precision and initiative in setup and operations.

Willingness to train and mentor team members.

Proactive equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
