Role overview
Operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment used to manufacture breaded chicken products, including nuggets, chicken burgers, fillets, and strips.
Key responsibilities
- Operate forming, battering, breading, frying, and freezing machines efficiently.
- Monitor settings and product quality; meet daily production targets while minimizing waste and downtime.
- Make basic machine adjustments and troubleshoot equipment.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, workplace safety, cleaning, and sanitation procedures.
- Report equipment malfunctions and production issues to the supervisor.
Work location
- Work location is Jafza, Jabal Ali, Dubai, UAE.
Compensation
- Compensation is AED 3,900 per month.
Requirements
- Operate production equipment used to manufacture breaded chicken products.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
- Follow cleaning and sanitation procedures.
