Machine Learning Product Lead

About the Job

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision, roadmap and prioritization strategy for machine learning and AI-powered features.
• Translate business needs and customer pain points into clear ML product requirements, use cases and success metrics.
• Collaborate closely with data scientists, ML engineers, designers and software engineers to deliver models and features that are production-ready and customer-focused.
• Lead discovery and experimentation efforts to validate ML opportunities, including prototype testing, user feedback and performance evaluation.
• Define product KPIs and monitor feature adoption, model performance, business impact and customer satisfaction.
• Work with go-to-market, sales and customer success teams to position ML capabilities, support launches and gather market feedback.
• Ensure product decisions balance model quality, latency, cost, explainability, security and scalability.
• Maintain a strong feedback loop between customers, internal stakeholders and engineering teams to continuously improve the roadmap.
• Create clear product documentation, executive updates and launch materials.
• Mentor teams and contribute to a culture of rigorous, customer-centered product development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years focused on machine learning, AI or data-driven products.
• Strong understanding of the ML product lifecycle, including data collection, model development, validation, deployment and monitoring.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling software or AI features in production environments.
• Experience working cross-functionally with data scientists, engineers, designers and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with product metrics, experimentation and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication, prioritization and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance technical complexity with user needs and commercial goals.
• Experience in B2B, enterprise, IoT, energy or industrial domains is a plus.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
