Role Overview
We are hiring a Machine Learning Engineer to work on AI model development, evaluation, and improvement.
In this role, you will build training pipelines, evaluate model outputs using structured rubrics, and contribute to model quality at scale.
The ideal candidate has strong fundamentals in ML, attention to detail, and practical experience shipping models.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, train, and evaluate machine learning models across structured and unstructured data.
- Evaluate AI and LLM output quality using structured rubrics and edge case analysis.
- Build and maintain training and evaluation pipelines.
- Contribute to model improvement cycles based on quality feedback.
- Document experiments, findings, and model behavior clearly.
- Partner with research and product teams on model strategy.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in machine learning, data science, or applied AI.
- Strong Python skills with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face.
- Solid understanding of ML fundamentals — supervised, unsupervised, evaluation metrics.
- Clear written communication for documenting experiments and model behavior.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical reasoning.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience evaluating LLM output quality.
- Background in NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
- Familiarity with model fine-tuning and RLHF workflows.
- Experience with cloud ML platforms (AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, Azure ML).
- Prior open source ML contributions.
