Fox Talent is partnering with a growing technology company in Dubai that is expanding its AI and data capability.
The role takes ownership of machine learning models from research through deployment, working on commercially impactful problems.
What you’ll be doing
- Design, train, and deploy machine learning models into production.
- Build scalable ML pipelines covering data preparation, training, evaluation, and monitoring.
- Work with LLMs and NLP, including Arabic language capability where relevant.
- Partner with data, engineering, and product teams to turn business problems into ML solutions.
- Drive best practices in MLOps, model versioning, and performance tracking.
What they’re looking for
- At least five years of experience as an ML Engineer or in a similar applied role.
- Strong Python and experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
- Proven track record taking models from experimentation into production.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and MLOps tooling such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or SageMaker.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical work to non-technical stakeholders.
- Arabic language skills or previous GCC experience are a bonus.
