Senior Account Manager role with an independent boutique creative agency specializing in experiential marketing and events.

The agency is expanding across the GCC and emphasizes close client relationships and repeat work.
Responsibilities
- Lead client relationships, build partnerships that grow accounts, and translate client objectives into clear internal briefs.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, calls, and projects from brief through delivery, managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Produce presentations using Keynote or Pitch; track project spend, flag risks, and reconcile budgets at completion.
- Coordinate with Creative and Production to deliver on brief and on time; use production knowledge to identify problems early.
- Brief, manage, and negotiate with fabrication, AV, logistics, and other suppliers; maintain supplier relationships and quality.
- Guide junior colleagues and contribute client insight and production knowledge to new-business pitches.
Ideal candidate
- At least five years of account-management experience in an experiential, events, or creative agency.
- Track record of account growth and repeat business; commercially aware, confident client-facing communication.
- End-to-end project delivery experience, including budget ownership and supplier briefing and negotiation.
- Proficiency in Keynote or Pitch and experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
- Organized, solutions-focused, calm under pressure, and attentive to detail.
