Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent 8-10 experience in move management, facilities management, workplace services, project management, or related disciplines will be considered.
- Experience leading teams and managing operational workloads.
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale relocations, occupancy initiatives, and project-related moves.
- Experience coordinating activities across multiple sites, campuses, or complex facility environments.
- Experience managing vendors, contractors, and cross-functional stakeholder groups.
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Experience supporting laboratory, research, healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing, or other regulated environments is preferred.
