Role Overview

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a M&A Attorney to work on a contractual basis.

This person will be responsible for providing legal expertise in mergers and acquisitions, working with clients to navigate complex transactions, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

The M&A Attorney will play a critical role in supporting the client's business growth and development, and their work will have a direct impact on the company's success.

Key Responsibilities

  • The M&A Attorney will provide legal guidance on mergers and acquisitions, including drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements.
