Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Luxury Property Consultant based in the Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
The role involves managing client portfolios, providing expert real estate consultancy, and assisting clients with buying, selling, and leasing luxury properties.
The consultant will conduct property viewings, negotiate deals, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Additional responsibilities include market research, maintaining knowledge of industry trends, and collaborating with PSI teams to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Consulting and Real Estate expertise, with a deep understanding of the luxury property market.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in building and maintaining client relationships.
- Proven experience in Sales and negotiating property deals effectively.
- Exceptional Customer Service focus, ensuring a seamless and satisfying client experience.
- Proficiency in market research and the ability to analyze real estate trends is an advantage.
