Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Luxury Property Executive based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
The candidate will be responsible for managing property sales, working with a diverse range of luxury real estate clients, and providing exceptional customer service.
Daily tasks will include conducting property viewings, preparing listings, negotiating contracts, and offering expert advice to clients on high-value real estate transactions.
The role also involves building and nurturing strong client relationships and contributing to sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with clients and build relationships
- Sales and negotiation skills, with a client-first approach to deliver tailored property solutions
- Proficiency in property listing, market research, and creating compelling property presentations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced real estate environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational and teamwork skills, with a results-driven mindset
