Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Luxury Property Sales Executive role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, open to both fresh graduates and experienced professionals.

The role involves prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property presentations and viewings, and guiding clients through the full sales cycle for luxury real estate.

The executive will maintain an updated portfolio of properties, coordinate with internal teams (listing, marketing, and mortgage), and ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Daily responsibilities also include market research, preparing proposals, negotiating offers, and providing after-sales support to foster long-term client relationships.

The role requires consistent on-site engagement with clients, developers, and colleagues to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build trust with diverse, high-net-worth clients.
  • Customer service orientation, with a professional and proactive approach to handling inquiries, viewings, and follow-ups.
  • Basic understanding of real estate markets, property valuation, and investment concepts; prior real estate experience is an advantage.
  • Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple leads, appointments, and documentation efficiently.
  • Comfort with CRM systems, digital tools, and online property marketing platforms; familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work under targets, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages (such as Arabic or other widely spoken languages) are a plus.
