Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Luxury Boutique Supervisor based in Riyadh.
The Supervisor will oversee daily store operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and lead the sales team to achieve performance targets.
Key responsibilities
include driving sales, managing showroom staff, and maintaining high showroom presentation standards to reflect the company’s brand and values.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
- Expertise in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and delivering outstanding Customer Experiences.
- Experience in team supervision, leadership, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Develop strategies to meet sales targets and foster strong relationships with clients.
- Experience in luxury retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain the visual and operational standards of the showroom.
- Exceptional customer service and client relationship management skills.
- Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in administrative tasks, including scheduling, reporting, and meeting sales targets.
- Proficiency in utilizing tools and systems for sales reporting and customer relationship management.
- Experience in the retail or luxury fashion industry is considered a strong asset.
