SO. by Sora is seeking a highly experienced **Female Luxury Boutique Manager** to lead our high-end fashion & jewelry boutique in Riyadh.
We are looking for a strong leader with a proven track record in managing boutique or retail store operations, delivering exceptional client experiences, and driving sales performance in a luxury environment.
Requirements
- Female candidates only
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a **Boutique Manager or Store Manager**
- Background in Luxury Retail (Fashion / Jewelry / Beauty)
- Strong KPI management (UPT, ATV, Conversion Rate)
- Proven VIP clienteling and relationship-building skills
- Experience in Visual Merchandising
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Passion for luxury service and brand excellence
Responsibilities
- Manage daily boutique operations
- Lead and develop the sales team
- Ensure exceptional customer experience
- Drive sales performance and achieve targets
- Maintain boutique standards and visual presentation
- Build and maintain VIP client relationships
