LTL Sales Support Analyst

Position overview

Responsibilities

• Quote LTL shipments accurately and help Sales close opportunities.
• Build shipments and confirm pickup and delivery appointments.
• Handle inbound shipment-tracking and customer-service calls; identify customer needs and resolve issues.
• Work with Inside Sales and the LTL team in a fast-paced environment.
• Meet performance targets of 99% accuracy and not falling more than 15 minutes behind in the email queue.

Role requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication, organization, and record keeping.
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, prioritize, make decisions, and adapt to changing work assignments.
• Customer-service orientation and ability to work effectively with sales colleagues.
• The role involves extended sitting and computer work, telephone and email communication, and occasional extended hours.

Compensation and benefits

• Pay is $36,000 per year.
