Role overview
Supports LTL shipment quoting, shipment building, tracking, and customer service.
This is a full-time, on-site position in the Little Rock, Arkansas office with daily in-office attendance and no remote work option.
Responsibilities
- Quote LTL shipments accurately and help Sales close opportunities.
- Build shipments and confirm pickup and delivery appointments.
- Handle inbound calls for shipment tracking and customer service.
- Identify customer needs, offer options, and resolve problems.
- Build relationships with Inside Sales and the LTL team.
Role requirements
- Communicate accurately in writing and verbally, primarily by telephone and email.
- Multitask, problem solve, prioritize, and adapt to changing work assignments.
- Maintain organization, accurate records, and a customer service focus.
- Perform extended periods of sitting and other stated physical functions, with reasonable accommodations as applicable.
Compensation and benefits
- Pay is $36,000 per year.
- Benefits include medical, dental and vision coverage, HSA contributions, life and disability insurance, 401(k), profit sharing, paid holidays, and paid time off.
Performance expectations
Target shipment-building and quoting accuracy is 99%.
The email queue target is to avoid falling more than 15 minutes behind.
Positive Sales feedback and becoming a sales advocate are stated performance goals.
