Job Purpose
- Technical Safety (Loss Prevention) Engineer with Oil & Gas Project background is required
- To review Safety Engineering/Loss Prevention documents, Coordinate, and support proposals and project teams for all projects.
- To Independently Verify the HSECES or support the IVB Coordinator in Verification related to Safety Engineering documents related to Oil and Gas Projects
Experience
10 to 12 Years Loss prevention/Safety Engineering experience with any EPC Contractor
Software Knowledge Required

- Review and Independently Check the Following Safety/Loss Prevention Engineering Deliverables produced by the Engineering Consultant
• Passive Fire Protection Philosophy
- QRA report
- HAZOP report
- SIL report
• Emergency Escape Rescue Study Report (EERA)
- ESSA report
- HAZID report
• Dropped Object Study
- Piping and Instrument Diagram (P&ID)
- Fire Fighting and safety Equipment Layout)
- Escape, Evacuation and Egress route Layout
• Fire Water Line Sizing Hydraulics
- Fire Water Transient Study Report (Surge etc.)
- Data Sheet & Specification Deluge Valves Skid
• Data Sheet & Specification Spray Nozzle
- Data Sheet & Specification Foam Water Skid
- Data Sheet & Specification Fire Water Monitor
- Data Sheet & Specification Hydrant & Hose reel
- Data Sheet & Specification for FIRE Extinguisher
- Data Sheet & Specification LIFE SAVING EQUIPMENT (Life Buoy, jacket etc.)
- Data Sheet & Specification Personal protection equipment (PPE)
- Data Sheet & Specification Life boat (TEMPSC)
• Data Sheet & Specification TEMPORARY REFUGE
- Data Sheet & Specification Fire water Pump Package (including Jockey pump, Diesel Engine)
- Data Sheet Fire water Storage Tank
- Data Sheet & Specification Gaseous Fire Suppression system (NOVEC/HPCO2/Water Mist)
