Description
We are looking for a Logistics Specialist to support daily logistics and operational activities for employees and field teams across different project sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate travel bookings, transportation, and accommodation arrangements
- Support logistics operations for employees and field teams
- Coordinate with vendors and follow up on invoices and operational services
- Maintain petty cash and logistics records
- Ensure smooth communication between departments and project sites
- Provide operational and administrative support when required
Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Previous experience in logistics, administration, or operations support
- Experience in travel coordination or vendor management is preferred
Skills
