Job Opportunity \| Foreign Purchasing & Logistics Specialist
Role Overview
We are seeking a
Foreign Purchasing & Logistics Specialist
to manage international procurement activities and ensure smooth coordination of logistics operations.
The role focuses on sourcing, supplier management, and maintaining efficient supply chain processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of international trade and customs procedures
- Experience working with shipping and logistics partners
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
- Good communication skills in English
Roles And Responsibilities
- Manage international sourcing and procurement activities
- Evaluate and negotiate with overseas suppliers
- Coordinate import and export operations, including documentation and clearance
- Monitor logistics processes and ensure timely delivery
- Track shipments and resolve operational issues
- Ensure compliance with regulations and internal procedures
- Coordinate with internal teams to align supply requirements
- Analyze data to support cost efficiency and performance
