Role overview

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods against delivery documents.
• Pick, pack, and prepare B2C and B2B shipments; maintain organized inventory and accurate stock records in the ERP system.
• Prepare packing lists, shipping labels, invoices, and other shipment documents; assist with inventory and cycle counts.
• Track freight and shipments, and coordinate with couriers, forwarders, and customs-related parties when needed.
• Maintain 5S practices and a clean, safe, organized warehouse; follow goods-handling and safety procedures.
• Support the logistics supervisor and wider team with operational and ad hoc tasks.

Requirements

• English fluency is required; Chinese proficiency is an advantage.
• Previous experience in logistics, warehouse operations, supply chain, or a related field is sought, preferably in a B2C environment.
• Basic knowledge of inventory control and stock management.
• ERP systems and basic invoicing familiarity are advantageous; customs regulations and forwarding familiarity are a plus.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills; proactive, reliable, and team-oriented.
• Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Word and Excel.
