Role overview
A logistics operator supports day-to-day logistics operations, including receiving, picking, packing, inventory handling, and shipment preparation.
The role prioritizes accuracy, quality, and safety of goods.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods against delivery documents; pick, pack, and prepare B2C and B2B shipments.
- Store and organize inventory, maintain stock accuracy and ERP records, and assist with inventory and cycle counts.
- Prepare packing lists, shipping labels, invoices, and other shipment documents.
- Track freight and shipments and coordinate with couriers, forwarders, and customs-related parties as needed.
- Maintain 5S practices and a clean, safe warehouse; follow handling and safety procedures.
- Support the logistics supervisor and wider team with operational and ad hoc tasks.
Qualifications and skills
- English fluency is required; Chinese proficiency is an advantage.
- Previous logistics, warehouse, supply-chain, or related experience is sought; B2C experience is preferred.
- Basic inventory-control and stock-management knowledge is required.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, multitasking, and communication skills are required.
- Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency is required; ERP and invoicing familiarity is an advantage.
- Customs regulations and forwarding familiarity is a plus; a proactive, reliable, team-oriented, problem-solving approach is sought.
