Support daily logistics operations, material handling, inventory control, and shipment coordination at a chemical manufacturing facility.
Gate and shipment operations
- Manage logistics gate operations and controlled entry and exit of trucks, containers, and vehicles.
- Verify delivery, collection, loading, and dispatch documents before vehicles enter or leave.
- Coordinate vehicle movements and cargo handling with drivers, transport companies, warehouse, production, security, and logistics teams.
- Record truck arrivals, departures, loading and unloading activity, and delivery information accurately.
Safety, weighing, and issue reporting
- Ensure vehicles and cargo comply with site access, safety, security, and company logistics procedures.
- Coordinate vehicle weighing and verify weight tickets and related documentation.
- Monitor truck queues and parking to reduce delays, congestion, and unnecessary waiting.
- Report gate incidents, document discrepancies, damaged cargo, delays, and operational issues to the Logistics Manager and assist with resolution.
Pay
- Pay is AED 2,500 to AED 3,500 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
