A part-time Logistics Operations Specialist will support LAAS daily operations.

What you will do
- Monitor and follow up on daily orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with drivers and merchants about order status, delays, and operational issues.
- Track delayed or problematic orders until they are resolved.
- Contact customers to confirm delivery or coordinate returns when needed.
- Coordinate returns of unsuccessful or cancelled orders to merchants.
- Update order statuses accurately in the system.
- Assign and reassign orders when required.
- Follow up with drivers and operational teams through WhatsApp groups.
- Escalate unresolved or urgent cases to the relevant team.
- Maintain clear communication to ensure orders are completed correctly.

- Ability to handle multiple orders and issues simultaneously.
- Comfort communicating with drivers, merchants, and customers.
- Basic computer and system skills; ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Previous logistics, delivery operations, customer service, or similar experience is a plus.
- Arabic is required; basic English communication skills are preferred.
Working hours
- Four hours per day plus a 30-minute break.
