IT internship for a university internship or COOP program, working with the IT team and gaining hands-on experience in day-to-day IT operations.
Responsibilities
- Support the IT team with technical requests and troubleshooting.
- Assist with setting up employee laptops, accounts, software, and other IT equipment.
- Track and manage IT assets and equipment.
- Support basic system, network, and access-related tasks.
- Assist with IT onboarding and offboarding.
- Keep IT records and documentation organized and current.
- Work with the team on ongoing IT tasks and projects.
Requirements
- University student majoring in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Eligible for a university internship or COOP training program.
- Basic understanding of IT systems, hardware, software, and troubleshooting.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn, ask questions, and take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Able to work across teams and provide helpful IT support.
- Available to complete the required university training period.
