Role Overview
Oversee end-to-end logistics operations for air, ocean, and road freight shipments.
Manage import, export, event, project, and general cargo shipments.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate international shipments under DDP, DDU, Ex Works, and FOB terms.
- Manage customs requirements, documentation, approvals, and Dangerous Goods air shipments.
- Coordinate shipment planning, booking, tracking, customs clearance, transportation, and final delivery.
- Work with carriers, agents, customs brokers, transporters, vendors, customers, and internal teams.
- Review shipping documents and resolve delays, discrepancies, customs issues, and operational exceptions.
- Maintain shipment records and support cost optimization, operational efficiency, visibility, and reporting.
Compensation
- Pay is QAR 1,871.04 to QAR 5,500.00 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
Requirements
- Ability to manage air, ocean, and road freight shipments across import, export, event, project, and general cargo operations.
- Knowledge of customs requirements, documentation, approvals, and applicable transportation regulations.
- Ability to coordinate Dangerous Goods air shipments, including documentation, clearance, transportation, and delivery.
- Ability to review shipping documents including Air Waybills, Bills of Lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, customs documents, and delivery orders.
- Ability to monitor shipment progress and resolve delays, documentation discrepancies, customs issues, and operational exceptions.
