Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations across UAE and GCC region
• Handle import/export shipments, customs clearance, and freight coordination
• Oversee logistics activities related to recycled and second-hand goods
• Optimize logistics costs and improve operational profitability
• Coordinate with transporters, shipping lines, suppliers, warehouses, and clearing agents
• Ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations and international shipping standards
• Monitor inventory movement and ensure timely delivery of goods
• Develop and maintain strong vendor and logistics partner relationships
• Track logistics KPIs, shipment performance, and operational costs
• Implement process improvements to enhance logistics efficiency

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in logistics / supply chain management
• Strong GCC experience, preferably in the UAE
• Mandatory experience in recycling / second-hand goods industry
• (Shoes, bags, textiles, etc.)
• Strong understanding of import/export and international freight operations
• Experience managing logistics cost and profitability
• Knowledge of UAE customs procedures and shipping documentation
• Strong communication skills in English (mandatory)
• Arabic speaking is preferred
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Presentable, professional, and commercially aware

Preferred Profile

• Experience working in Free Zone operations
• Exposure to large-scale recycling or resale supply chains
• Ability to work in fast-paced operational environments
• Strong analytical and business management skills
