Key Responsibilities

• Manage

• Build and maintain strong relationships with

• Identify and onboard reliable road transport partners and fleets
• Coordinate shipment execution, routing, documentation, and delivery timelines
• Ensure technical accuracy in transport planning, pricing, and execution
• Troubleshoot operational issues and provide timely solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth end-to-end operations

Key Requirements

• Minimum
• 3+ years of experience
• in
• international road transportation / road freight
• Strong knowledge of
• Middle East road transport networks and regulations
• **Fluent Hindi speaker**

(mandatory)

• Good command of

English

• (written and spoken)
• Proven ability to
• prepare freight offers and rate quotations
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Technically sound with solid operational and pricing knowledge
• Hands-on experience working directly with
• drivers and transport companies
• Manage and grow a
• portfolio of road transport partners, drivers, and direct transport companies
• **Arrange and coordinate international road transportation**
• end-to-end, including truck sourcing, route planning, and scheduling
• Maintain an active
• carrier and driver portfolio
