Manage logistics and transportation for a laundry facility, ensuring efficient, timely, high-quality service that meets safety and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and optimize daily delivery routes for efficient, on-time customer service.
- Maintain accurate delivery schedules, vehicle maintenance records, and inventory levels.
- Plan, implement, and monitor work schedules and assignments.
- Investigate and resolve logistics service complaints.
- Ensure vehicles are properly maintained and registered.
- Track delivery schedules and adjust them when needed.
- Generate logistics performance reports.
- Maintain vehicle documentation, including Salik, registration (Mulkiya), insurance, and permits.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of UAE traffic regulations.
- Good communication skills.
