About This Role
Overview
We are looking for logistics executive who will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily logistics operations within the automotive dealership, including vehicle transportation, spare parts movement, shipment tracking, warehouse coordination, and delivery scheduling.
The role ensures smooth operational flow, timely deliveries, cost efficiency, and compliance with company standards and automotive industry requirements.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate vehicle deliveries from suppliers, ports, and distribution centers.
- Monitor vehicle transportation schedules and delivery timelines.
- Arrange vehicle movement between showroom, warehouse, workshop, and customer locations.
- Ensure vehicles are received, inspected, and documented properly.
- Coordinate urgent parts orders and delivery schedules.
- Monitor stock transfers between branches and warehouses.
- Monitor shipment status and resolve transportation delays.
- Ensure compliance with transportation safety and operational standards.
- Prepare and maintain logistics documentation including:
- Delivery notes
- Shipment records
- Gate passes
- Vehicle transfer forms
- Customs and import documents (if applicable)
- Ensure all records are accurate and properly archived.
- Maintain compliance with UAE regulations and company procedures.
- Monitor parking management and vehicle storage allocation.
- Prepare logistics and operational reports.
- Report delays, damages, or operational risks to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in automotive logistics or dealership operations.
- Strong understanding of vehicle transportation and supply chain operations.
- Experience with ERP or dealership management systems preferred.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
