🚨 Hiring: Logistics & Documentation Manager (Cross-Trade Specialist)
📍 Location: Business Bay, Dubai
💰 Salary: AED 10,000 – 15,000 (Negotiable)

- We are looking for a highly driven and execution-focused Logistics & Documentation Manager to lead complex international supply chain operations and ensure seamless shipment execution across multiple countries.
- This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes complete ownership, drives accountability, and delivers results without constant follow-ups.
- 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end logistics operations from order placement to final delivery
- Independently handle cross-trade shipments, including switch BL execution
- Lead documentation & clearance teams with strict timeline management
- Negotiate freight rates with shipping lines and freight forwarders
- Ensure maximum free days and zero demurrage/detention exposure
- Handle LC documentation and discrepancy-free bank negotiations
- Coordinate with international suppliers for timely shipment documentation
- Resolve operational disruptions with speed and ownership
- Drive logistics cost optimization and process efficiency
- Prepare MIS reports, shipment tracking, and operational visibility reports
- 🔹 Requirements:
- ✔ 8–10+ years of logistics & documentation experience
- ✔ Mandatory hands-on experience in cross-trade shipments
- ✔ Strong expertise in LC documentation & trade compliance
- ✔ Experience managing documentation and clearance teams
- ✔ Excellent freight negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- ✔ Strong knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping
- ✔ Advanced Excel and reporting skills
- ✔ Experience in African trade lanes preferred
- 🎓 Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
