We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Logistics Coordinator to manage and oversee daily logistics operations.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in handling sea, land, and air shipments, along with strong knowledge of documentation and customs clearance procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor **international and local shipments** (sea, air, and land)
- Prepare and review all **shipping documents** (Invoice, Packing List, COO, BL, AWB, etc.)
- Handle **customs clearance processes** and liaise with clearing agents
- Communicate with **freight forwarders, suppliers, and customers** regarding shipment status
- Track shipments and ensure **timely delivery**
- Manage and update logistics records and reports
- Ensure compliance with **import/export regulations**
- Resolve any logistics-related issues or delays efficiently
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in logistics or supply chain
- Strong knowledge of **sea, air, and land freight operations**
- Good understanding of **shipping documentation and customs clearance**
- Experience working with **freight forwarders and shipping lines**
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)**
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Female candidate (preferred)
- Arabic speaker (preferred)
- Experience in FMCG or food industry is a plus
