Our company specializes in streamlining logistics and supply chain operations to ensure seamless product movement across borders.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily logistics activities to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies accordingly.
- Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to schedule shipments and resolve any issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all logistics activities and transactions.
- Optimize transportation routes and methods to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations and standards.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have:
- Proven experience in logistics coordination or supply chain management.
- Familiarity with ERP and Warehouse Management Systems.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work on-site in the United Arab Emirates.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Preferred:
- Knowledge of customs procedures and international trade regulations.
